The Fabricari are in need of protecting our Brothers in Mantar. Perhaps the others would agree to allow me to extract a promise from this King, should we succeed in rescuing him. We could require him, as a condition of his release, to give all possible aid to the Fabricari in Mantar. This assumes, of course, that we are able to rescue him, but as we believe wholeheartedly in our abilities, I think we can plan accordingly. The only thing left is to see if the others have any objection to my wish, or if they have any other boon they wish to extract from this King. I, for one, can think of nothing personally to request of him -- other than coin, that is -- but my standing in the Fabricari ought to rise nicely if I can bring the forces of this King to bear on our brothers' problem. We shall see what we shall see.
