Today, we are but six wanderers. We have nothing but the clothes on our backs. If we are to gain more than personal power, we must have an infrastructure to support it. The others nearly grasped this idea long ago when they dabbled with the idea of helping to expand the taverns owned by Errol's friend and to use them as an information network. They did not follow then, though, but I shall in my own way.

The Wayhouses I build and leave behind will allow the Fabricari and the local constabulary to move much more easily through the lands. They will have safety and comfort, and eventually, the only logical travel route will be one with Wayhouses no more than a day's travel apart. Trade will follow these lines, and that trade will benefit the Fabricari. Others will wish to join such a prospering group, and we will gain access to manpower and specialized skills. Trade centers can then be expanded, power solidified, and one day, with humans and their allies more organized and powerful, the Belar themselves can be challenged. Much building must be done, both in stone and in people, but we must start somewhere!
