So i died. In review, some in the group thought I made a mistake trying to save Vernon, and perhaps I did. Seems like this adventuring thing is highly overrated. One mistake you die, and then even when you do kill the monsters all they have is cursed treasure. I think we will be lucky to break even on this whole deal, and I am at a lower power level than before. And clearly the best thing to do is to sit and watch from the rope trick as Kestral's double wanders in and fights all the monsters! Boring as hell, but what the fuck, we may as well do this until we are elite levels, and then I can go off and do something else on my own. And maybe make some money at it. Now there's a novel concept!
