I have embraced this new dark power and find myself longing to extract more of its hidden secrets. Each time I draw upon the flickering light within me, embracing its warmth, the more I feel at home with its gift. The power I have tapped into is beyond anything the text ever described. There must be a balance I can achieve using the divine and the arcane, a power more powerful than using them separately. It is strange that each power is align differently, one being strong in the light and other consumed in darkness. Combining them would make little sense, for by all logic, they should cancel each other out. I must search for an answer. There must be a way.

How strange it was to fight our selves. The combat flew by me in a flash. I still do not know how the others communicated with exacting precision, striking each target as necessary to win the battle. In less than a few score heartbeats the battle was ended with us being triumphant. (And also defeated, so strange.)

I overheard Malif and Vaugner in a discussion that involved me and I felt very troubled after hearing them. They spoke about reining me in, to ensure the party's safety and if I can believe what they were saying, the others think I will, if left unchecked, bring unexpected danger that will cause the party great harm. There was also concern that I would cause, due to my recklessness, the death of one of them if not all. I stepped out then and their conversation changed to talk of which merchant had the better arrows, as if to cover their previous conversation about me. They must not have noticed me till I walked up to them, but perhaps they had a purpose and a plan for their discussion. Does my own personal recklessness endanger those around me? When I am using my powers of healing, I receive praise from the others, but to be myself, different from the others seems to be causing an underlining problem. Am I too reckless and if yes does this not make up who I am? Can I change or better yet, should I try?
