Well the mines proved exciting, the creatures were frightening, and the battle was swift and exciting. Each the creatures we encounter were very interesting and seemed so in balance with each other. I would have thought that they would have attack each other in addition to attacking us, but there was some hidden communication between them beyond anything I could imagine. The Naga was a spell caster as I suspected, but really never posed a dangerous threat. On the other hand those bats were fearsome. I missed some of the battle, I got hit pretty hard and wasn't with it for a bit but we ended up clearing a safe space for our selves and clearing the nasty Naga.

I think I am at a point now in matching the Ancient in his path between the Arcane and the Divine. I belief I can achieve now a harmony between the two forces. I do not know where this path will lead but it is where I will travel.

The armor I had Malif enchant is far better than I could have ever expected, it is both light and flexible. I can only hope that the magic will hold up with all I have planned. Also I ponder how I can achieve effects on the armor myself. I know that the secret is similar to that of crafting wondrous items. I have to just find the key to unlock it ways.

I dreamt strange dreams the last couple of nights. It has me as someone I am not. One night I am a huntsman with all my other powers, a powerful warrior attuned to all my natural surroundings. The next night I am studying from a mystical tome and am able to draw forth great magical powers, but again still retaining all my other abilities. The magic seems familiar to that of Malif, I think, but I can't really be certain. I have no idea why I am dreaming such, but I must mean something.
