Here a go ranting again. I will admit that I was shocked to learn about the assassin sent after us but the others are living a life of paranoia. I will not live in fear nor change my life completely around because of this news. Yes we should be more careful of strangers we meet and post watches and such, but they have gone completely batty over how to protect themselves. And all the money spent, for what, to know that we are for certain being scryed? It all seems such a waste to me.

Training Solan has been trickier than I would have hoped. He is so stubborn sometimes and not at all like other animals that I have trained. He flutters about, almost as if I am the pet and he is the master. He does listen well though and is perhaps my only confidant. Someday I think he will be able to speak and tell me everything. Maybe he is just grumpy cause he more a night person.
