We had a very weird shared dream last night. We were in a maze of twisty passages, all alike. There were strange doors and levers and figurines and lightning bolts, and we weren't smart enough to make sense of it all. We did get some practice with our combat skills, though. I used the tumble move the teachers showed me, and it was excellent. Vaugner and I killed a gargoyle together; he has a keen eye for sticking his sword into things, especially from the back. Since it's Vaugner, it must be a sexual thing. Most impressive, though.

I'm glad I woke up before the ettin killed us (though I thought we had a chance to take it.).

The party worked pretty well together. That was good.

It seems Vernon isn't really a cleric. I think he should think about becoming one, though; he seems to have a real gift for healing.

Tera says she didn't send us the dream. I find it difficult to believe it wasn't connected to the Belar somehow, since they're the only force in this world we've seen so far (in our long and industrious adventuring careers). I used to think of them, hazily, as minor gods. But now I'm developing some mistrust. Must be from hanging out with Malif.

Simplesimilarities seemsage. I can't get that out of my mind. I'll have to ask Errol to put it to music. Then it can be our party song whenever we overthink things.
