Nicolai's underling Shadow has given me a mission: to enter the dream alone and at a time of my own choosing. Given that we don't have the 1000GP topaz, I am almost certain that I won't be able to, but I will try every night by meditating and doing the other things that Chias told us. Once we get to the mining towns, I will look for a gem to steal and get it, for I need to get some results as quickly as possible. My biggest concern is that I will be ready to train and not have found anything out about the dream. I'm not optimistic about Shadow training me again without something to show for it.
